A unique servo press designed with 3 servo-drive options to meet the customer’s requirements.

The Autoflex Excel XT is a unique designed press which has been designed for years of historical requirements for many years when clients have required a press that allows them to produce a variety of products which cannot be done on a standard press from complex label products to specialised film work with security features and a variety of folding carton products.

The press has been designed with a very solid construction, which starts from a 50mm cast iron web structure side frame with solid cross membrane and stress values which far exceed the industries standards.

The press can be built from a  web width of 270mm, 340mm, 430mm, 480mm, 530mm, 610mm, 680mm, 830mm, 1120mm, 1300mm, 1435mm, 1600mm, and 1800mm.

Further optional extra designs can be added to the machine to enable the customer to produce further improved products, where the client may have special patents to provide for the manufacture of these products.

The presses are designed with 3 servo options:

1. 1.XT-1... Economy Version- Servo Print Tower and process unit        
   

2.             with driven impressions cylinder with mechanical drive to
   

3.             print  unit.
   

2. 2.XT-2... Popular Version- Servo Print Tower and process units    
   

3.             driven with 1 Servo motor for the Print cylinder and
   

4.             process unit, but all impression cylinders run
   

5.             independently by a unique line shaft configuration.
   

3. 3.XT-3... Special Version- Servo Print Tower and process units
   

4.             with 2 servo motors for each Print Tower and process
   

5.             unit. The Print cylinder is driven by a servo motor and
   

6.             another servo motor drives the impression cylinder.
